I enjoyed trying out ViE oils. They worked really well with the Parsi and Indian dishes we prepare at home. Each one had its own subtle flavour and aroma that added depth, and the freshness was clear. They held up nicely in cooking and really brought out the spices without overpowering them.

Had the opportunity to use vie’s mustard oil and sesame oil. Both the smell and flavour of the oil were great. There was no smoke and smell in the kitchen when the mustard oil was being heated . Having worked with the founder in the same office iam familiar with her obsession with perfection and you can see that in the oils they are producing. Overall great value for money..
